This method is cost-efficient but requires a longer lead time than domestic suppliers. You can generally expect an overall lead time of 2 to 3 months for these direct shipments, which includes production, sea shipment, and customs clearance.

If the goods are in stock with our partners, we can dispatch them within 1 to 3 business days from our local warehouses and business partners, such as The Roof Store.

Yes, we offer free shipping across the continental United States under DDP terms. Standard delivery includes curbside service.

Our standard deliveries are conducted using flatbed trucks or box vans, ideal for locations equipped with a forklift and operator. If you don't have a forklift with an operator, we can deliver your order using a lift-gate truck. This allows efficient offloading of pallets directly from the truck, eliminating the need for a forklift. Delivery locations must be accessible for commercial shipments. This includes ensuring a flat, even surface for pallet jack use, with no loose gravel present.

Tracking information will be provided 5-10 days prior to arrival to monitor your shipment. Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change due to logistics. It is crucial to have personnel available to receive the shipment between 9am to 5pm on the scheduled delivery day. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to the absence of a receiver, a re-delivery fee will apply. The fee varies by freight carrier.

When ordering 6 pallets of synthetic roofing underlayment, you will receive 3 double-stacked bundles, with dimensions not exceeding L48" x W43" x H86". In total, these will occupy less than 45 sqft of your warehouse space.

For example, for our synthetic underlayment SYNSTEP 100, we provide a 30-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product performance under normal conditions. However, it excludes issues arising from improper installation, natural disasters, or lack of maintenance. Our warranty is on par with the standards of major market players in the United States for similar products, ensuring high quality and reliability.
